Alfred W. Fisher (1877-1950), 73, a native of Germany, died in a local hospital yesterday afternoon following a short illness.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at the W. Carl Davis & Son Chapel with Rev. Hoyt Tatum officiating. Interment will be made in Oak Hill East Cemetery.
Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Lina W. Fisher, Pomona Park, three sons, H. F., Fort Meade, B. T., Jacksonville and A. E., of San Francisco, Calif., and five grandchildren.
The deceased, a cabinet maker, moved to Pomona Park five years ago, following his retirement. (Palatka Daily News Obituary dtd Thursday, 9 Feb 1950.)
