ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTICE.
LETTERS of Administration upon the estate of William Y. Lundie, deceased, were issued to the undersigned on the 7th day of December, 1865, by the Hon. Judge of the Probate Court of Dallas county. Notice is hereby given to parties indebted to said estate to make immediate payment; and those having claims must present them within the time prescribed by law, or they will be barred.

THIS day came James W. Lapsley, administrator of the estate of William Y. Lundie, dec'd, and pled his application in writing, praying for the sale of the interest of said William Y. Lundie, deceased, in and to certain real estate in the City of Selma, described as lot number twenty-three in the original plan of the City of Selma, and stating that John Lundie residing at Newman, Georgia, Benjamin L. Lundie, residing at Petersburg, Virginia, Benjamin M. Lundie, residing at Selma Alabama, and Betty King, wife of A. M. Kings, Martha A. Lundie and William H. Lundie, who reside at Oxfork [Oxford], Mississippi, and all of whom are of lawful age, and Mary Lundie and J. C. Lundie, who are minors, residing with their mother, Mrs. W. L. Lundie, at Oxford, Mississippi, are the heirs at law of said Wm. Y. Lundie, deceased. Said heirs at law and all others interested are hereby notified that Monday, the 15th day of January, 1866, has been appointed by me as the day for hearing and deciding upon said application, when they may appear and make objection and defense to said application if they see fit.
