Eleanor Lois Baker Ackerman, age 82, was born December 6, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Jack & Impi (Laine) Baker and passed away on November 4, 2012 in Ludington, Michigan.
She married Russell Leon Ackerman on June 20, 1947 and he preceded her in death February 6, 2006.
Eleanor was employed by GM in Grand Rapids, MI. Eleanor enjoyed her retirement years in Walhalla, Michigan.
Survivors include her brother: Duane (Marilyn) Baker, nieces: Brenda (Jim) Paulson of Reedsburg, WI; Barbara (Francis) Bray of Hart, MI; Becky (Todd) Hirthe of Sturgeon Bay, WI; along with great nephew: Eric Bray and nieces: Andrea Bray and Katelyn (Shelton) Berel.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents.
Final interment will take place at Brookside Cemetery in Scottville, Michigan.
