CHARLES A. PARRISH
Of Country Club Road, Cresson, died at 6 a.m. yesterday in the Altoona VA Hospital.
He was born July 2, 1891, in Cresson, a son of James A. and Ida (Plummer) Parrish.
Surviving are his wife, Edna, two sons, James of Buffalo, N.Y., and Donald of Pittsburgh, eight grandchildren and four sisters, Mrs. Mary Bradley and Mrs. Catherine Lloyd of Pittsburgh and Mrs. And Mrs. Agnes Noel and Mrs. Margaret Cassidy of Cresson.
Mr. Parrish, a veteran of World War 1, was a member of Cresson American Legion post.
Friends will be received after 4 p.m. today in the home of a niece, Margaret Bianconi of Country Club Road, Cresson.

PARRISH – The funeral of Charles A. Parrish of Country Club Road, Cresson, will be held Saturday with requiem mass at 10 a.m. in St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Summit, the Rev. Bernard J. O'Malley officiating.
Interment in the church cemetery.
Graveside rites by Cresson American Legion and Sankertown V.F.W. posts. Friends will be received after 4 p.m. today at the home of a niece, Margaret Bianconi, Country Club Road, Cresson.
