Flowers left for Evelyn Morgan
Evelyn Davis "Ma Dear" Morgan, A resident of Brusly and a native of Port Allen, she died at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 17, 2006, at FMC Westport. She was 82 and retired from the West Baton Rouge Parish Police Jury. Visiting at Shiloh Baptist Church, religious service, conducted by the Rev. Raymond Allen. Interment in Old Folk Home Cemetery. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Otis Dunn, Port Allen, Rose S. and Michael Hutchinson, Baton Rouge, and Brenda and Terry Williams, Jacksonville, Fla.; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Lawrence Morgan, Baton Rouge, Eddie and Jacqueline Morgan, Port Allen, and Freddie Morgan, Brusly; two sisters, Julia England, Port Allen, and Idella Rogers, Baton Rouge; 14 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Morgan Sr.; mother, Philaman Johnson; a daughter, a son and two brothers. Arrangements by Hall Davis & Son Funeral Service.
