Florence M. Logsdon, 93, of Moline, Illinois formerly of Clark County, Missouri died on Friday, October 4, 1991.

The daughter of John and Mary Bennett Murphy she was born in Clark County on August 23, 1898.

She was united in marriage to Eugene R. Logsdon on April 7, 1920, and he preceded her in death on March 3, 1971.

She is survived by one son, Harry Daw of Rock Island, Illinois; four grandchildren, Mike Daw, Decatur, Ill., Brian Daw, Rock Island, Ill., James Roehr, Moline, Ill., and Raymond Roehr, Silvis, Ill.; seven great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one daughter, Norma Roehr, and eight brothers and sisters.

Funeral services were held on Monday, October 7, at St. Michaels Catholic Church, Kahoka, Missouri, with Rev. Robert a. Kurwicki officiating with burial in the St. Patrick Cemetery, St. Patrick.

Music was provided by Dennis Shaffer.

Pallbearers were Mike Daw, Brian Daw, Colin Daw, George Joe Wiegand, Arnold Kirchner and John Nick Kirchner.

Logsdon was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Moline, she had worked at the Rock Island Arsenal until retirement.

Memorials may be made to the choice of the donor.
