Milledgeville, Georgia--Benjamin Blake Adams, Prominent citizen of Baldwin County, died last Monday at his home in the Northern part of the County. He had been in ill health for more than a year. Funeral services were held from the Methodist church at Milledgeville, and interment was made in the city cemetery. Mr. Adams was 79 years old and a native of Putnam County. He served throughout the war during the sixties and made a distinguished record. He is survived by six children who are; Mres. (sic) C.C. Adams of Baldwin County, Mrs. J.M. Ansley of Baldwin, J.M. Adams of Macon, Miss Carrie Adams of Baldwin and Mrs. Emily Hattaway of Davisboro.
