John Adams,born Sussex Co,DE in 1921.Entered service on 3 Aug 1940 at Baltimore,MD. Assigned to the now famous 803rd Engineer Aviation Battalion,stationed at Ft Stotsenberg,PI.Became a prisoner of the Japaneese Apr 1942,perished 7 Sept 1944,after suffering 2 & 1/2 years at the hands of "butchering madmen" of Japan!!!
