Marlin (SPL) ---Funeral services for Mrs. Beulah Barton, 81, sister of a Wacoan, were at 2 p.m. today in the Adams Funeral Home Chapel here, Rev. A.A. Bratcher and Rev. Loyd Chapman officiating, burial in Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Barton died Tuesday morning in a Marlin hospital. She had been in ill health about nine years. Mrs. Barton was born July 4, 1888 at Perry, daughter of Isaac Barton and Allie Oakes Barton. On Feb. 19, 19111, she was married to James David Barton, son of Dave Barton and Easter Mires Barton. Before his retirement, Mr. Barton was a physiotherapist at Buie Clinic for 15 years. In earlier years, he had served as Falls County district clerk for six years. He died March 22, 1965. Mrs. Barton was a Baptist. Surviving are two brothers, Frank W. Barton of San Angelo and John D Barton of Riesel; two sisters, Mrs. H.B. Cannon of Fort Worth and Miss Minnie Sue Barton of 2505 North Fifteenth in Waco; and several nieces and nephews.
