Gerald Paul Bell was the beloved husband of Leta Geneva Hensley Bell. Gerald and Leta were blessed with one Son Monty.
Gerald was a wonderful husband and father....he was a farmer.
Gerald was shot in the head and killed by their neighbor's son and a friend, one boy was 14 years old, the other boy was 21 years old.
The boy's had came down to Gerald and Leta's house that morning to see if Gerald wanted to go hunting with them, he told them no, he had to much work he had to do. Leta had already left for work in Springdale, Arkansas, she was the bookkeeper for "Tyson's". These boy's hid in Gerald's barn, when Gerald was walking down to the barn, they shot him in the head, stoled his brand new truck and went to Oklahoma. They were caught before the end of the day. One was released to his parents, the other one went to reform school for awhile.
A Precious life lost, in a senseless killing!
