Seamus was a young dog found in a cemetery. The vet estimated his age to be between 1-2 years. He was a mixed breed, possibly boxer-pit-retriever. He had distinct boxer markings.

Seamus took his status as guard dog seriously but was actually a gentle, humble dog. He never growled at all. He loved to gather what he considered his "belongings" into his dog bed. Soft toys were OK, especially if they squeaked, but tools were Seamus's favorite bedfellows. If that included your electric drill or pipe wrench, so be it. Better never lay any tool down where his paws could reach it!

Seamus loved to go for walks. He liked being outside, and it always took him a while to get used to sleeping indoors in cold weather.

He was a good old dog who enjoyed life and he will be missed.
