The service for Tamara was held Saturday, December 11, 2010, at the Impact Church International of Concord with Pastor Donna Wise officiating.

She is survived by her husband, Clinton Bell Jr. of the home; two sons, Clinton Bell III of the home and special son, Brandon Alexander of Charlotte, North Carolina; two daughters, Angel Bell of the home and special daughter, Shirley Thompson of Charlottesville, Virginia; parents Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Berdell Fleming of Charlottesville, Virginia; one brother, Charles Fleming III and Nedra of Gordonsville, Virginia; mother-in-law, Linda S. Bell of Concord; aunt, Otelia Harris of Charlottesville, Virginia; a sister-in-law, Margaret D. Bell of Cary, North Carolina; and a host of aunts, uncles, one niece, two nephews and other family.
She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Clinton Bell Sr.
Donations may be made to Impact Church International, Susan G. Komen for the Cure or Community Charter School Annual Fund.
