Columbia - A Mass of Christian Burial for Barbara Diane Ziemba will held on Thursday, December 30, 2004 at 10 o'clock at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Columbia. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Barbara died Thursday, December 9, 2004 at Baptist Medical Center in Columbia. She was born on May 27, 1957 in Phoenix, Arizona, the daughter of Marifred Lebhart Ziemba and the late Major Alvin Francis Ziemba (USAF, Ret.). Barbara graduated from St. Vincent's School in Santa Barbara, CA. She is survived by her mother of the home; sisters, Joanne Z. Fineberg (Ken), Marianne Z. Doucette (Jim), both of Columbia, Nancy Z. Gleaton (Tim) of Lugoff; brother, Richard D. Ziemba (Mary Ann) of Denver, CO; nieces, Julie J. Edwards (Ryan), Katrina G. Prichard; Leilani Mock, Sydney Ziemba; nephews, Y.M. Gleaton III, Michael, Matthew and Mark Doucette; grandnieces, Micah L. Prichard and Emma L. Edwards; uncle, Joseph T. Ziemba of Simpson, PA; aunts, Ann Marie Z. Kuntz of Centralia MO, Grace C.
