Mr. Hamilton Acord died Friday after a week's illness. He had reached the ripe old age of eighty three years. He was buried at Morley Saturday morning.

Son of Job and Mary (Harper) Acord, Husband of Sarah (Lambert) Acord. Together they had nine children, Noah, James, Christina, John, Amos R , Jackson, Sarah Elnora, Mahala Armenta, and Hamilton Marion . There is no tombstone but he is reportedly buried next to his daughter, Mahala A (Acord) Mercer.
