OBITUARY: unknown newspaper source Woodburn, OR: C.S.Marks of Woodburn dies at 84, Funeral service will be held Monday for Clarence S. Marks, 1515 E. Blaine St., Woodburn, who died Friday at a Woodburn nursing home.
Marks, a retired farmer, had lived in this area since 1940. He was 84 years old.
Survivors include six sons: Lester and Albert, Woodburn; Ivan, Sacramento; Orville, Portland; Otis, Mehama, and Jean, Goshen; and daughters, Dortha Anderson, Portland, Leora Kuhl, Milwaukie.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the Ringo-Cornwell funeral chapel. Burial will be held at Belle Passi Cemetery.
Clarence's WWI draft card was signed "Clarence Sylvian
Marks".
