Georgette "Ginger" Ables, 69, of Miles City died Friday, Nov. 30, 2007, at the Holy Rosary Extended Care in Miles City.
Mrs. Ables was born in San Francisco, Calif., on May 4, 1938, the daughter of George and Kathlene Bradford Derrigan.
She was married and blessed with four children, several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Mrs. Ables moved to Miles City in 2005 to be near her son and lived at the Holy Rosary Extended Care. While there, she made many friends with the residents and staff there, which made her very happy.
Her survivors include her mother, Kathlene Derrigan of Reno, Nev.; a son, Buddie Lee Ables of Miles City; and a daughter, Debra Ann (Denny) Hopkins of Memphis, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by her father; her husband, Buddie Lee Ables Sr.; and two sons, George Benjamin and James Allen.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, Dec. 10, 2007, at 3 p.m. at the Holy Rosary Healthcare Chapel in Miles City. Burial will be at a later date in Tulare, Calif.
