Thomas was summoned to Parliament as Thome Darcy de Darcy Chivaler, whereas he was titled Lord Darcy.
Secondly, the husband of Edith Sandys, married before 07 Dec 1499, the daughter of Sire William Sandys and Margaret de Cheyney, widow of Lord Ralph Neville who died in 1498.
