Mr. Charlie A. Deason, age 70, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2012. Interment will be in Mt. Nebo Cemetery.
Mr. Deason was a lifelong resident of Milledgeville and was the son of the late Charlie Mike Deason and Mary Gatsy Smith Deason and was preceded in death by his brother Mike Deason. He was a member of Northridge Christian Church, the Operating Engineers Local 926 for 49 years, the Masons and the Shriners.
He is survived by his wife Jewell Deason of Milledgeville; daughters Gaye (Berry) Etheridge, Kathy (Robert) Evans all of Milledgeville; Krysti (Michael, Jr.) Woodward of Gray; sons Robby (Julie) Deason and Kenny Pettigrew; sisters Freddie (Harvey) Hawkins all of Milledgeville and Charlene Justice of Charlotte, NC; 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
