Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother on Friday, July 20, 2012 at the age of 92 years.

Esther was predeceased by her husband Charles Alvin; parents John David and Harriet; and brothers Murray, Ornan and Duncan.

She is survived by her sons Alvin (Lorraine), Murray, Bob (Cindy) and Dave (Sue); daughters Debra (Wayne) and Bev (Don); 29 grandchildren; numerous great and great great grandchildren; sister Pearl; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Special thank you to the staff at William Booth Special Care Home and the Pasqua Hospital for their compassionate care and attention given to Esther.

A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with The Reverend Derek Nicholls officiating.

Flowers respectfully declined. Donations in memory of Esther may be made to Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK S4P 2R3 or to a charity of your choice.
