GLENWOOD - Alida B. Pederson, 92, of Glenwood, died Friday night at the Glacial Ridge Hospital in Glenwood.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Glenwood Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Arthur Montgomery officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m. today at the Hoplin Funeral Chapel in Glenwood, with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m. and one hour prior to services at the church.

She was born Nov. 4, 1904, in Minnewaska Township to Carl and Margaret (Torguson) Pederson. She attended Glenwood Public Schools, spending her entire life in Glenwood. She worked at the West Central School of Ag in Morris and also many years at the Swisher Bakery in Glenwood.

She is survived by her sisters Blanche Rooney, Eleanor Lee and Helen (and Erv) Schluter all of Glenwood and Lorna Smedstad of Minneapolis; one sister-in-law; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, three brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law.
