Alford, Barbara Hall—A native and resident of Denham Springs, she passed away at 11:27 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010, at her home at age 70 with her beloved and devoted dog, Shadow, at her side. She was an avid LSU football fan. Her joys in life were her children, grandchildren, gardening and arts and crafts.
Visitation at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Saturday, Feb. 6, from noon until funeral services in the chapel at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Amite Baptist Church Cemetery, Denham Springs. She is survived by a daughter, Kim Beard; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael P. and Doris Hall, and Danny R. and Theresa Hall; sisters and brother-in-law, Bobby and Milton Allen, and Regina Santangelo; brother and sister-in-law, Emmett and Jeanette Sullivan; grandchildren, Dustin Moore, Amber Thompson and her husband, Jeremy, Darren Hall, Krystal Achord, Trey Beard, Taylor Hall, Stephanie Hall and Laura Hall; great-grandchild, Alexander Thompson; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Taylor Hall; parents, Reggie and Ida Mae Sullivan Sr.; sisters, Helen Graham and JoAnn Sullivan; and brothers, Eugene Sullivan, Reggie Sullivan Jr. and Stanley Sullivan.
