Olive was the only daughter born to Robert Chester Adams and Martha Lyon Adams. She was a secretary for Goodwill Industry.

She donated her body to medical science.

Olive May Adams Orr Marshall
Olive May Adams and her twin brother Oliver Martin Adams, were the ninth and tenth children born to Robert and Martha Lyon Adams, and the sixth and seventh to live to adulthood. She was born on May 13, 1887 at Ness City in Hodgeman county, Kansas. She attended Campbell College. After divorcing her first husband she worked for a number of years in the Goodwill Industries in Denver. She has lived in Kansas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Mass, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, Nebraska, Florida and California.

Olive married on May 12, 1909 to Hugh Robert Orr who was born November 4, 1887 at Beloit, Kansas. His father, James Orr was born in 1844 and his mother was Belle Fulton, born August 28, 1852 and they were married in 1886. Olive divorced Hugh in July of 1934. they had two children:

1. Orr, Helen Lucille, born August 2, 1911 at Michigan Valley, Kansas.

2. Orr, Evelyn Isabelle, born January 12, 1816 at Highland, Kansas. She died April 3, 1918 and is buried in St. Peters cemetery, Pittsburg, Penn.

Olive married a second time to Arthur Marshall, the father of her daughter's second husband, Don Marshall. Arthur Marshall was born on June 21, 1878 at York, Nebraska. He graduated from York College, and married his first wife, Maude Renquist on June 14, 1905. She was born Mar. 30, 1882 at York, Nebraska. Arthur Marshall died Feb. 17, 1948 and is buried beside his first wife at York, Nebraska.
Olive and Arthur had no children.
