Arlene Joy Parks, 40, Johnstown, formerly of Portage, died Monday at home. She was born in Johnstown, daughter of the late Donald M. Sr. and Wilma J. (Hensel) Parks. Surviving are three brothers: Don Jr., Ronald D. Sr. and John W.; and two sisters: Virginia and Darlene. She was preceded in death by a brother, Chester Frank. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, Portage, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2012, Pastor Jerry Zuvers officiating. Committal will be at Pringle Hill Cemetery, Summerhill Township.
