He {Samuel Resseguie} subsequently emigrated to California, settled in San Francisco, and at the time of his death owned the premises known as, No. 4 Wetmore Place. By his will, his property was divided equally between his wife and his daughter Eleanor Edwards. Mrs. Resseguie died at the house in Wetmore Place, leaving a will by which her house and furniture was devised to her granddaughter, Mrs. Anna R. Smith of Glen Rock, Nevada, and the residue of the estate to Mrs. Smith's daughter, Eleanor Galvin.
