Gilbert Henry Abhold - age 91 of Knoxville, formerly of Merrill, WI, passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at his home. He was a member of Section Eight Baptist Church in Pound, WI.
He was preceded in death by his wife in 2005 of 67 years, Mollie Martha Abhold.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Richard Kostreva of Knoxville; grandchildren, Richard Alley and wife, Jennifer of Milwaukee, WI, Lisa Bowers of Knoxville; 2 great grandchildren, Taylor and Allie Bowers; 2 sisters, Mable Hinz, of Neenah, WI and Lorraine Anunson of New London, WI; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 3:30 P.M. Friday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel with Chaplin Tom Rayford officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends 2:30-3:30 P.M. Friday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel. www.rosemortuary.com
