Maria Librada Leiba [Leiba, Leiva, Leyva] from Las Trampas was baptized 15 Oct 1871 at the Penasco Catholic Church, daughter of Jose Ramon Leyba and Maria Deluvina Samora. She married a widow, Juan Esteban Quintana on 14 Dec 1892 at the Penasco Catholic Church. Juan Esebana Quintana from Llano was baptized on 5 Aug 1867 at the Penasco Catholic Church, natural son of Maria Dolores Quintana. Maria Librada and Juan Esteban Quintana were buried at the Quintana Family Cemetery in Llano.
Please note that their son Jose Esteban Quintana married Maria Bersabe Fresquez.

The Quintanas and the Leyba families were buried on church grounds in the 1800's. Ramoncita said that her mother and her sister were buried at the old Llano church,Llano de la Yegua, Llano, New Mexico. The cemetery is next door.
