Eula Mae (Pierce) Cornelius, 88, of Guntersville, Alabama died Thursday, May 27, 2010, at Shepherd's Cove Hospice of Marshall County. Mrs. Cornelius was preceded in death by her parents, Zeddie Arthur Pierce and Lola Mae (Frasier) Pierce; and brothers, Fred Aubrey Pierce and L.Z. Pierce.
Mrs. Cornelius was survived by her sons, David Cornelius, of Guntersville, and James (Wanda) Cornelius, of Albertville; sisters and brother-in-law, Gertrude (Pierce) Lee, of Albertville, Naldi Jean (Pierce) Kilgore, and Minnie Sue (Pierce) Watts and husband Hugo Watts; and eleven grandchildren.
Funeral services were May 29, 2010 at the Albertville Funeral Home with the Reverend Hal Mahan officiating. Burial followed at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
