Mr. Farr was a member of Bridgeview Baptist Church for 35 years (former member of Rock Springs Baptist Church, LaFayette, AL) born and raised in Chambers County, LaFayette, Al.
Mr. Farr is preceded in death by his parents, Leita Yerta and Bernard Farr of LaFayette; step-daughter, Ja Nice' Kirkland-Branum.
He is survived by his wife, Syble Wood Kirkland-Farr of Wetumpka, Al; sisters, Melba Farr Cosby of Opelika, AL; Janet Farr (Chuck) Franklin of LaGrange, GA; brothers, Charles Wendell Farr (Cheryl) of Cussetta, AL; William Thomas Farr of Kennasaw, GA; stepdaughter, Jackie Kirkland Jerkins of Wetumpka, AL; stepson, William Allen Kirkland of Wetumpka, AL; step-grandchildren, Kristina McVay of Wetumpka, AL; Angela Jerkins Ray of Deatsville, AL; Haley Kirkland; step-great-grandchildren, Reagan Ray and Brittany Ray both of Deatsville, AL.
