A retired dietitian with Lemar Headstart, Erwinville Summer Feeding Program, was 79, a resident of Erwinville and a native of Troy.

She is survived by six daughters and five sons-in-law, Irene and John C. Harrison, Annie and Isiah Overstreet, Junita and Wiley Williams, Theresa and Donald Roddy, Loretta and Clarence Dunn and Grace Cooper; 11 sons and nine daughters-in-law, Samuel Jr. and Lillie Brown, Johnny and Darlene Dunn, Otis and Shirley Dunn, Edward Sr. and Celestine Dunn, Henry and Angela Dunn, Lloyd and Diane Dunn, and Norman and Kathy, Lionel and Ernestine, Judge, Grant and William Jr. and Brenda Gibson; two sisters, Gladys Soileau and Georgia Brown; an aunt, Georgia Sanders; a devoted brother-in-law, Ben Dunn; a goddaughter, Adliene Wells; 127 grandchildren, 107 great-grandchildren, 18 great-great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives, friends and loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, husband, two grandsons, two granddaughters, two brothers, two sisters and a daughter.

She was the mother of St. Peter Baptist Church and a member of St. Mary Lodge No. 162 and Ministers Wives and Widows of West Baton Rouge Parish.
