Born April 15, 1899 in Noble County, she was the daughter of Albert and Mary Phelps Goodwill.
Her husband, Clyde Baker, whom she married Dec. 24, 1918, died in August, 1974.
Surviving are two daughters, Irene Dawson of McConnelsville and Imogene Rowland of New Richmond; three sons, Harry Baker of Waterford, Fred Baker of Malta and Lester Baker of New Richmond; a brother Rev. Dean Goodwill of Marietta; a sister, Inez Bradley of Marietta; 38 grandchildren. several great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren and several step-great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary McDermott and Ida Wells.
Friends were received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Tatman Funeral Home in McConnelsville where services were at 2 p.m. Thursday with Evangelist Randy Baker officiating.
Burial was in Pennsville Cemetery.
