My grandfather lived his entire life in Chicago IL. He worked for the Chicago Board of Trade. He and Wife Ida Laura had 5 children. The only girl Irene died at 3 yrs. They lived in Norwood Park where Ida Laura accompanied singers and violinists on her grand piano. They dreamed of moving out to San Diego CA which she did after Freds untimely death in the summer of 1922.
