Andrew Jason Ayers, 77, of Cabins, W. Va. died Sunday [Jan 31 1965] at the home
of his daughter and son-in-law, Mrs. and Mrs. Virgil Ratcliff, north of
Keezletown [Rockingham Co. VA]. He was a son of the late John and Nancy Shreves
Ayers and was born Jan. 15, 1888, at Pendleton County, W. Va. He spent the
majority of his life in Grant County, W. Va. In 1909 he married Lucy Nelson,
who survives... Burial will be in the Laurel Hill Cemetery at Lost City. --
