Marion C. (Denman) Aylward, 96, of Pawtucket, R.I., formerly of Mansfield and Dorchester, Mass., passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at the Jeanne Jugan Residence in Pawtucket. She was the wife of the late William F. Aylward Sr. Born in Boston, June 25, 1915, she was a daughter of the late Frederick Sr. and Mary (Forden) Denman. She is survived by her children, William F. Aylward Jr. of Altamont, N.Y., Sr. Louise Marie o.c.d. of Concord, N.H., Sr. Mary Augustine l.s.p. of Somerville, and twins, Karen L. Guardabascio of Mansfield and Kathleen L. Chappell of Raynham. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, April 30, at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel of the Jeanne Jugan Residence, 964 Main St., Pawtucket. Burial will be at 1:45 p.m. at St. Josephs Cemetery in West Roxbury. Visiting hours will be held Sunday, April 29, from 4-8 p.m. at the Jeanne Jugan Residence in Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, Marions family has requested that donations in her memory be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 964 Main St., Pawtucket, RI 02860. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main St., Mansfield.
