He was born May 11, 1944 in Bloomington to Ivan C. and Pauline Jones Roseman. He was preceded in death by his father, maternal and paternal grandparents and his stepfather, Drexel Justin. He married Jennifer R. Catarello on Sept. 1, 1967 in Bloomington. She survives.
Also surviving are his mother, Pauline Justin, Bloomington; three children, Brian (Katie) Roseman, Little Chute, Wisconsin, Nicholas (Amber Manney) Roseman, Austin, Texas and Natalie Roseman Mendoza, Bloomington; five grandchildren, Parker, Grant and Dawson Roseman, Little Chute, Wisconsin and Maritza and Melody Mendoza, Bloomington; one brother, Alan (Sandy) Roseman, Bloomington and one sister, Doris Jean (Charles) Harris, Bloomington.
He served in Vietnam with the U.S. Navy. He was awarded two Air Medals for meritorious achievement under hazardous conditions in Vietnam.
