Jackie Marie Riley-Roberson was born on October 6, 1956, to Robert and Shirley Riley and was the third child of six children. She departed this life on Thursday, July 28, 2011.
Preceding her in death were her paternal grandparents, father, Robert Riley, Sr., daughter, Evelyn Ashley Thierry, and now daughter, Naushay Riley-Roberson.
Jackie attended schools in the greater Kansas City Public School District. Jackie was a caregiver and loved children and through the years has nurtured many children; Patrick, Sam, Kelly and many other children in and around the greater Kansas City, Overland Park, and Shawnee Mission areas.
She accepted Christ at an early age and experienced a re-born spirit recently and united with Macedonia Baptist Church. Jackie had very exquisite taste for the finer things in life. She displayed this taste, in her attire from head to toe and was affectionately referred to as ‘Jackie Onassis'. She had a natural artistic ability to decorate a home in ‘Home Show Fashion'. She loved to shop, travel and most of all, spend time with her grandkids, Jason, Kayleana, Zion, and Mia.
