Dorothy F. Bennett, 81, of Palm Desert, Calif. passed away November 16, 2011 in Palm Desert. She was born December 17, 1929 to Claude and Mary Kinnard in Glenn, Mo. She married James Bennett on January 12, 2006 in El Cajon, Calif., he survives her. In addition to her husband, Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Paulette Regner of Huntsville, Ala.; and sons, Mike Land of El Cajon and Tom Land of Lebanon, Ind.; as well as seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
