The daughter of William Harvey and Sarah Anna Staysa Cranse, she was born July 15, 1890, in Otisville.
Mrs. Bennett was a member of the First Baptist Church, Middletown.
The widow of James Wilson Bennett, she is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Anna B. Dodd and Miss Evelyn S. Bennett, both of Middletown, Mrs. Lottie M. Colson of Riverside, Calif,, and Mrs. Stella M. Bartels, of Camarillo, Calif.; two sons, James W. of Middletown and Thomas H. of Dallas, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Helen H. Decker of Swan Lake; one brother, Clarence C. Cranse, of Cleveland, Ohio; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The Rev. Glen D. Kessler will officiate at funeral services.
Burial will be in the Circleville Cemetery.
