Steve J. Adams, 79, Bradenton, died Dec. 4, 1999.
He was born July 31, 1920, in Edwardsville, Pa., and came to Manatee County four years ago from Wanaque, N.J. He was a school bus driver for the Passaic County school system. He was a Catholic. He served in the Army during World War II.
Survivors include three daughters, Agnes Latyak and Monica Masavage, both of Bradenton, and Lois Rutter of Hopatcong, N.J.; and four grandchildren.
The service and burial will be in New Jersey. Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, Manasota Chapel, is in charge. Burial will be in Christ The King Cemetery in Franklin Lakes, N.J.
