Alice Clarissa Erickson, 94, of Proctor died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2000, in Nopeming Care Center. She was born Oct. 4, 1906, in Montevideo, Minn., to Ole H. and Johanna Dybedahl Lee.

The Lee family moved to Fosston, Minn., in 1909, where she grew up and graduated from Fosston High School. She moved to Proctor in 1926 and married Alfred R. Erickson on Feb. 2, 1929.

Alice was a homemaker who loved sewing, flowers and her grandchildren. She was a member of Duluth Gospel Tabernacle and enjoyed her church family very much.

She was preceded in death by her parents; eight sisters; three brothers; and her husband, Alfred, on Feb. 16, 1985.

Alice is survived by her sons: Warren (Elma), Gerald (Avis), Wesley (Gertrude), Dennis (Karen); sister, Bertha Ongstad; brother, Homer (Connie); granddaughters: Janet (Philip) Luoma, Beth (William) Taylor; three great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Burial in Oneota Cemetery.
