Services for Christopher Lynn Ivy of Hobbs will be held at 2 p.m. today at Bethany Funeral Home Chapel.
Dan Morris will officiate. Burial will follow in the Lovington Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.
Mr. Ivy, 22, died Wednesday, June 28. He was born Oct. 5, 1977, in Hobbs.
He was a lifetime resident of Lea County. He attended Lovington elementary schools and Hobbs High School.
Survivors include his father, Jack Ivy of Amarillo; his mother, Donna Head of Hobbs; three brothers, Michael Nathanial Sneed of Vernal, Utah, Jerrod Cole Sneed of Hobbs and Brady Ivy of Amarillo; two sisters, Ame Leal and Sarah Ivy, both of Amarillo; paternal grandparents, Jack Ivy of Dilly, Texas and DeAnna Maramontes of Los Lunas; maternal grandmother, Nell Marler of Lovington; and paternal great-grandmother, Edna Ware of Brownfield.

His step grandfather, Claude Edwin Marler (16511771), preceded him in death in 1993.
