Sarah D. Fonda, wife of Jacob Cole, died Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock at her home on Church street, in Hagaman, of cancer, aged 75 years. Mrs. Cole was born at Mayfleld, but has been a resident of Hagaman for the greater part of her life. She leaves three sons, Charles of Paw Paw, Mich., John of Schenectady and Shuler of Hagaman; two daughters, Mrs. William McLaughlin and Mrs. John Stewart, both of Hagaman, a brother, Cornelius Fonda, and a sister, Mrs. Agnes Bunn, both of Johnstown.
The funeral will be held at the house Sunday at 2:30 p. m.. the Rev. O. O. Selbert officiating. Internment at Hagaman.
