HOOVER, Rachel Martin - Of Richmond, Ontario, passed away unexpectedly on October 10, 2011, at the age of 43 years, 2 weeks, and 2 days. The LORD peacefully took her home while she was in Mexico for hip replacement surgery. She was born on September 24, 1968, at Kitchener, Ontario, to Cleason and the late Salinda (Martin) Hoover. She was baptized upon the confession of her faith on January 31, 1982. At the time of her death, she was a faithful member of the Corinth Mennonite Church, Corinth, Ontario. She will be greatly missed by her father, Cleason Hoover; her four sisters, Magdalena Hoover (at home); Lovisa (Dean Hoover) of Earlton, Ontario; Nancy (Peter Martin) of Richmond, Ontario; and Hannah (Murray Wagler) of Crosshill, Ontario; and by her two brothers, Solomon (JoAnna) of Richmond, Ontario; and Tobias (Donna) of Tillsonburg, Ontario. She is predeceased by her mother, Salinda, and one home-share brother, Don Consitt. She will also be missed by her 20 nieces and nephews. In her work, Rachel travelled widely, and will be missed by her many friends and acquaintances, as well as by her church family. * * * * * * * We as a family wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to our relatives, friends, neighbours and our dear church family for your kindness and support during the past days since Rachel's surgery and passing. * * * * * * * Visitation is at the H. A. KEBBEL FUNERAL HOME, Aylmer on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM, the funeral service is at the Bradley Street Church of God building on Saturday, October 15, 2011, at 1:00 PM. Interment followed in Richmond Cemetery.
