Mrs. Cleo Teter Blizzard, 83, of Spruce Street, Bayard, died Monday February 11, 1980 in Dennett Road Manor Nursing Home, Oakland, Md.

Born October 11, 1896, in Whitmer, she was a daughter of the late Edwin Nelson and Jane (Teter) Nelson. Her husband, J. Marshall Blizzard Sr., died in November 1957.

She was a 60-year resident of this community and was a member of Bayard Church of God.

Surviving are five sons, D. Gilbert Blizzard and Neal W. Blizzard, both of Cumberland, Md.; James W. Blizzard, Morgantown, R. Max Blizzard, Charleston, J. Marshall Blizzard Jr., Monroeville, Pa.; 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Friends were received at the Stewart Funeral Home, Oakland.

Services will be conducted today at 1 p.m. in Bayard Church of God with the Rev. Chelsey Neel, the Rev. William J. Rhodes and the Rev. Ray Rodeheaver officiating. Interment will be in Bayard Cemetery.
