William C. "Bill" Watson, 59, of Princeville, Kauai, a retired movie actor, died Nov. 5 at home. He was also proprietor of Luana of Hawaii. Born in Chicago, Ill., he is survived by daughter Mililani; sons William II and Keoni; and brother Jim. Commemorative remembrance: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Black Pot Beach, Hanalei.
