Obituary: Theodore E. Franklin, 56, of Cochranville, died Friday morning at Southern Chester County Medical Center, Jennersville, of cardiorespiratory arrest. He was the husband of Joyce A. Supplee Franklin.
Born in West Chester, he was the son of Ethel Lewis Franklin of Oxford, and the late Joseph E. Franklin.
He was employed by PennDOT for the past 25 years as an equipment operator and instructor.
Formerly a member of Jennersville Church of the Brethren, he lived for the last 16 years in the Cochranville area. Before that, he lived in the Oxford area and prior to that, he lived in Exton.
Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are two daughters, Deborah S. Davies of Landenberg, and Laura Diane Abbondi of New London; one granddaughter; a sister, Jane Bashore of Myerstown, a brother, and Ronald L. Franklin of New Holland.
