Born Larry Dale Bratt in Lincoln, NE to Lester LeRoy Bratt and Edythe Louise Shinn. Raised by his mother, Edythe, and step father, Paul Joseph McCormick. When he turned 18 he changed his name to Paul Joseph McCormick, after the only father he ever knew, his step father. Paul had Emphysema and got Bladder Cancer near the end of his life. He leaves one daughter Joy (Larry) Marks; three sons, Daniel McCormick, Patrick (Cindy) McCormick, and Michael (Maria) McCormick; Four grandchildren, Jacob, Nicholas, Dominic, Ethan; and one sister, Pamela. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister Patricia.
