Gladys was married to Harold Briscoe McConaha. Gladys is the daughter of Robert Jackson and Maude Crowe. She has two sons, John Bailey McConaha and Harold David McConaha. She has two grandsons, John Joseph (J.J.) McConaha and Steven Thomas McConaha.Gladys working in the nursing field, She worked at tHE Ephriam McDowell Hospital, For Logan Hospital, Dr. Mack Jackson's Office, and she baby sat for John and Brenda Wilson taking care of their two children Ann and Ben which she loved as she did her own family.
