No dates or last name. Tomb is small, ornate, and seems to be cast iron. This was a style used in the Victorian era, c. 1870s. After some research, I found a pair of "Iron Infant Grave Markers and Covers" in a cemetery in Duluth, GA that are almost identical to Helen's.

Update: I recently had the chance to speak with the lady who works in the office at the church where Baby Helen is buried. She showed me the record book but it does not indicate what her last name was, who her parents were, or any dates.
