Dora, was born on June 25, 1856 in Grusch, Graubunden, Switzerland. She emigrated to the U.S. in 1872. Dora died on October 17, 1937 in Dubuque, Iowa.

Christian's parents were Johann George Koch (born July 14, 1782 in Nagold, Wuerttenberg, Germany; died January 28, 1853) and Anna Maria Noll (Roll on some of the documents; she was born on September 8, 1780 in Oberjettingen, Germany; married on January 31, 1809; and died on January 17, 1840.)
Johann's parents were Peter Koch (a linen weaver in Nagold, Wuerttenberg, Germany) and Rosina Mullerin. Anna's parents were Johann Conrad Noll and Anna Maria Grafin.
Anna Maria Fricker's parents were Matthias Fricker (a master weaver in Mullheim, Baden, Germany; died on February 6, 1848) and Maria Renkert (also listed as Renk; she died on May 30, 1838 in Mullheim).
Matthias's parents were Mathias Fricker (from the Duchy of Baden, Germany) and Anna Noll.
Maria's parents were Johannes Renkert (from Thiengen, Germany, near Frieburg, Germany) and Anna Brombecker.
