Johann Czudek was born 27-Dec-1880 in house 41 of Hradek, Silesia, Austria and was baptized 1-JAN-1881 at the Evangelical Church in Navsi. He immigrated through Ellis Island on 16-AUG-1910 aboard the "SS Kronprinzessin Cecilie" departing from the port of Bremen, Germany.
